£45-50k DOE | Hybrid | 25 days hols + bank hols + extra day off on your birthday
Great new Project Manager opportunity to join a growing firm who are workspace transformation experts. Our client undertakes a range of high-end interior design and build fit outs for commercial businesses across the Southwest. They are looking for an experiencedProject Manager to join the team.

This is a hands on role and you will be responsible for co-ordinating and managing a range of projects on time, within budget and to the client's satisfaction.


Project Manager Responsibilities include:


  • Developing project plans, continually monitoring progress to ensure completion dates are met
  • Managing project budgets and ensuring projects are delivered within budgets
  • Ensure that all work is carried out to the client's specifications
  • Ensure that project resources are effectively managed
  • Liaise with clients to advise on progress and problem resolution as required
  • Ensure contractual conditions are adhered
  • Monitor the financial performance of the project and take all necessary steps to minimise costs
  • Proactively develop relationships with clients
**The ideal Project Manager:

  • Previous project management experience with relevant experience.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Sound commercial acumen and the ability to add value and optimise profits.
  • Ability to build and promote successful customer relationships
  • Influencing, negotiating and presentation skills
  • Selfmotivated, adaptable with a handson approach.
