    What is the opportunity?

    To lead a successful, collaborative and industry recognised Customer Services team of 9 colleagues You will be responsible for 650+ customers and 4,000 vehicle deliveries per annum you will be a member of the senior management team.

    This opportunity will enable you to build your career within Marshall Leasing and the wider Bank of Ireland UK, working closely with colleagues across the business, our customers and business partners.

    In this role you will:

    • Lead and develop Customer Services team, cultivating a best-in-class customer service ethos
    • Lead the team structure, composition, workflow, and customer allocation
    • Be accountable for Training and development of team, focussing on team well-being
    • Working closing with Sales colleagues and customers to support their requirements, along with management of new customer on-boarding
    • Management of credit risk, and reporting on key business performance measurements

    What will make you stand out?

    • Proven contract hire or fleet management experience
    • Strong customer service focus and experience, demonstrating a high standard of service delivery
    • An ability to work to tight timescales, plan and delegate effectively
    • Strong commercial foresight and logical problem-solving skills
    • The ability to work effectively as part of and lead a team
    • Excellent knowledge and experience of Excel
