Location:
Leicester, some remote working/hybrid working negotiable.

Hours of work:
Negotiable. ~45 hours Mon-Fri

Applicants must have the following:

Construction project planning experience
Fitout project planning experience
Project scheduling experience
Resource allocation experience
Problem solving skills
Good communication skills
The ability to work to strict deadlines

Ideally applicants should also have:

Project planning experience in the joinery fitout sector
Project planning experience in the hotel fitout sector
Experience working with m&e subcontractors

Role information:

Project planning in the highend fitout and joinery sector
Working as a main contractor or a subcontractor across various projects
Working closely with the preconstruction team
Planning multiple projects simultaneously
Liaising with project management teams and subcontractors
Project values in the range £1M£30M
