About The Role:

***Vivergo Fuels are seeking a CMMS & Materials Coordinator to join the maintenance team at our top tier COMAH site at the Saltend Chemicals Park in Hull.


As part of the role, the post holder will coordinate daily with CMMS operations for the Engineering and Maintenance department as well as management of onsite storage areas and materials.


Role specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manages and troubleshoots the CMMS. Identifies opportunities to upgrade or replace hardware/software to meet the current and future needs of its users and management, recommends changes, and participates in the acquisition, implementation, and follow-on management of purchases.
  • Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure that the CMMS is kept up to date and relevant action taken to work orders.
  • Coordinates the planning, design and establishment of data entry standards used in the CMMS. Establishes, reassigns, revises, or deletes records in key data tables in response to system user requirements as applied through use of department policies and standards.
  • Manages the establishment and use of global holding codes used in the CMMS.
  • Accumulating data and statistics for monthly reports
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages for analysing and manipulating data
  • Supports the global cleanup of the CMMS.
  • Supports Stores/Logistics activity ref control of parts sent down to site either Work Order or Purchase Order related, ensuring delegation of parts is tracked and recorded.
  • Control of parts on site either returns or repair, liaising with Stores Lead and offsite stores team to ensure proper documentation and procedures are followed.
  • Onsite consumables management ref stock takes, reordering and replenishment.
  • Consumables Inventory Regulator, to investigate possible openings to increase variety available, but ensure controls are in place.
  • Upkeeping of site housekeeping standards ref areas of jurisdiction.

Additional Information

  • Support the maintenance and stores departments.
  • Expected to improve the efficiency of CMMS.
  • Support system delivery of automated PPM's (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and MP's (Maintenance Plans).
  • Expected to support the control of parts/items on site.
  • Expected to support the stores function with the reduction of stock holding.
  • Be the point of contact between maintenance and stores functions.
  • Development/distribution of KPI's for the maintenance and stores functions as required
  • Assistance in reduction of CMMS spares and consumables spend.
  • Working closely with the Maintenance Assistant to ensure that hired items are controlled.

Salary:

***£35,000 - £40,000 plus 10% benefits package.


Contract:
Permanent


Working hours: 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday.

Based at the Vivergo Fuels Site at the Saltend Chemicals Park in Hull.


About You:


Knowledge - skills and experience required

  • Knowledge of, and skill in using, database management hardware and software.
  • Knowledge of report writing, and tools used for work order analysis and inventory analysis graphs.
  • Knowledge of and skill in business process mapping, system analysis, and IT, in general.
  • Knowledge of and skill in troubleshooting system irregularities, data entry training, and setting standards for database management use.
  • General knowledge of work order processes.
  • Ability to perform detailed analysis of data and information and make recommendations.
  • Effective verbal and written skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to train system users.
  • Skilled in using a computer and modern office software, with emphasis on database systems.
  • Experience working with CMMS (AX Dynamics preferable)
