Executive Assistant/PA to CEO for large charity

£38,271 - £42,028 per annum

Permanent/full-time 37.5 hours per week

Based in the office in Much Hadham, Hertfordshire

About the role


We are looking for a confident, professional and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide executive support to the Chief Executive and Senior Leadership Team.

At a positive time of change for the charity, St Elizabeth's are seeking a solid pair of hands to keep working life running smoothly whilst providing high quality, administrative support to those in the driving seat of the organisation.

This busy but rewarding role will see you use your substantial experience as an Executive Assistant to provide complex diary management to the CEO, arrange and attend key meetings, take minutes at Trustee and Senior Management meetings, organise Board and Committee papers whilst ensuring all actions and activities led by the Chief Executive are followed through.


About You


We are looking for someone who has either Executive Assistant or Senior PA experience, ideally within a charity or educational environment.

You will have excellent IT skills with good knowledge of MS Office. Your strategic and commercial nous will allow you to think on your feet and adapt well to changing priorities.

Your approachable and friendly manner will see you effectively foster good relationships with a wide range of people, including the small reception and front of house team you will be responsible for.

Accuracy and attention to detail is vital in this role as well as the ability to remain calm under pressure.
