Join Our Vascular and Surgical Therapy Team at Kent & Canterbury Hospital!
Are you ready to be part of our friendly team working in the newly expanded Vascular Centre? Join us to progress your skills working with vascular and amputees, supporting across surgery, ITU, and renal as needed. In the vascular department, you'll have the opportunity to work with inpatients and outpatients, guiding patients from preoperative assessments to follow-up sessions in outpatients.
Position Overview:
Main Job Duties:
Assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and discharge planning for patients
Work with vascular inpatients and outpatients across different sites to support the vascular service
Line management and clinical supervision of staff
Provide professional advice and leadership
Collaborate within the multi-professional team to deliver high-quality therapy
Manage a caseload of patients daily, including those with complex needs
Evaluate outcomes, review non-responding cases, and refer as needed
