    DWF's Sustainable Business & ESG advisory practice is looking for a Senior Sustainability Consultant to join our team and help expand our practice's offering.

    As part of our Global Legal Advisory division, we're bringing together a team of talented sustainability professionals to guide clients through the Sustainable business and ESG landscape.

    We're seeking a Senior Consultant with experience in sustainability consulting, with a focus on environment, climate change and/or nature, to help us deliver our ambitious vision.

    This role involves integrating sustainability considerations into all aspects of our services, driving value creation, and managing risk. The aim of our work is to make a value-driven impact on the environment and society.

    We do this by designing and implementing solutions for global challenges like climate change, business integrity and social inclusion, and by helping companies to manage their transitions to ensure a more sustainable world.

    Delivery of complex sustainability projects, from initial risk assessment to implementation and reporting.

    Translate sustainable business principles into tangible business outcomes, fostering value creation for our clients, with a primary focus on climate change and environment.

    Supporting clients to design and preparing their sustainability strategies for operation. Analysing sustainability policies and developing roadmaps and action plans for clients.
    Evaluating the climate mitigation and adaptation options for investment projects towards Net Zero or carbon neutrality.

    Contributing to broader opportunities and assignments in other sustainable business areas, including the identification and analysis of key sustainability risks and opportunities.

    Supporting business development to further expand our sustainability-related services.

    Consulting expertise and experience of delivering engagements with a Sustainability and ESG advisory perspective.

    Knowledge and expertise working with environmental, climate change and nature-related regulation and reporting requirements across the EU, US and UK.

    Appetite to learn and develop skills on the business impact on nature and bio-diversity if not already acquired.

    You may have experience on a range of environmental issues or specialise in one area, such as:
    air, land and water contamination
    environmental impact assessment and flood risk
    waste management and recycling
    emissions and climate change
    renewable energy opportunities
    environmental management systems.

    Solid commercial background from industry and/or consulting services.
    Demonstrated ability to deliver engagements with a Sustainability and ESG focus.
    Proficient in MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
