    Description
    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned General Manager to join our ranks to run and organise one of our new acquisitions.My ideal candidate would have demonstrable records in the following:
    • At least 10 years as a GM (would suit someone who has worked for a few biggies like Scottish & Newcastle, Greene King, Punch, Mitchells and Butler etc).
    • Driving sales and maintaining KPI's (absolutely must have proof of achieving this)
    • Events management style organisation
    • Must be a great communicator
    • Ability to train and lead a team
    • Be a bit of a foodie and know your wine
    • Know your beer and be on top of latest market trends
    • Cocktail experience desirable
    • Someone able to work with the owners (not fully autonomous)
    • Be a big character and a bit old school management style
    • Be happy serving guests as this would be a hands on management role i.e. they would be expected to be involved in service where necessary.
    Salary up to 40k with a KPI related bonus scheme discussed after 6 months. Live in is a possibility for the right candidate but will affect salary.
