As our Senior Sales Coordinator, your primary mission will be to drive sales growth and develop a robust sales strategy that aligns with our company's vision and objectives.

Your extensive sales expertise and industry knowledge will be put to the test as you coordinate sales activities and lead our sales teams to achieve exceptional results.

Customer engagement will be at the core of your responsibilities.

By nurturing strong relationships and providing outstanding service, you will foster customer loyalty and maximise repeat business opportunities.


Not only will you be shaping our customer interactions, but you'll also play a pivotal role in analysing market trends, keeping a close eye on competitors, and identifying untapped business opportunities.

Collaborating with company departments, you will ensure that our products and services remain relevant and attractive in the market.


Your strategic mindset will shine as you work closely with the sales & marketing teams to set ambitious goals, define actionable targets, and establish performance metrics.

By leveraging data analytics and sales insights, you will continuously refine our approach and seize opportunities for improvement.


Key Sales Responsibilities:


  • Completion of RFQ's for customers
  • Liaising with customers & distributors regarding leadtime for orders
  • Processing customer orders
  • Progressing any customer queries regarding outstanding orders
  • Maintain regular customer engagement & customer journey
  • Ensuring the system ) is updated and maintained
  • Analysis of customer sales for weekly/monthly update meetings
  • Manage alongside Warehouse Manager stock availability and keeping system updated
  • Assist in obtaining up to date forecast information for key customers & distributors
  • Monthly sales forecasting analysis on key customers & distributors
  • Creation of commercial invoices and supporting of customer declarations
  • Coordinate customer complaints and concerns regarding quality, delivery etc
  • Support and collaborate with Accounts Receivable to resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Liaise with Warehouse operations to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders
  • Generate customers KPI's as required
  • Assist in developing a Sales Strategy that focuses on company growth
  • Demonstrates scalable growth
  • Analyse customer demands trends
  • Any other duties as required by management

Education, Experience & Qualifications:


  • Minimum 3 years' experience of Sales
  • Demonstrable growth experience
  • Proficient in oral, written, and mathematical skills
  • Experience of Microsoft Office package including Excel
  • Good time management

Availability:
As soon as possible


Full time: 35.5 hours (Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-3pm)


Holidays:33 days including statutory

Valentine Way, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 2FJ

Salary:
From £10.42 per hour
