    A leading fashion retail company is looking for a CRO Specialist to join the team

    THE COMPANY

    This company is a leading British high-street fashion brand and they are looking for someone to join their optimisation team as a CRO Specialist, managing and optimising their website across all devices in category management, attribution, discoverability, and product.


    THE ROLE
    Managing and optimising category structures to maximise sales potential
    Planning, testing, and executing ranking strategies and rules at a category level
    Ensure overall site standards are adhered too
    Identify key trends per season and ensure journey are optimised to inspire and convert
    Using a range of tools such as Optimizely, Google Analytics, and Content Square

    YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
    Experienced with technical tools such as Google Analytics, Optimizely, and Content Square
    High commercial acumen with a customer focused mindset
    Analytical ability to deliver insights and actions from data
    Excellent communication and leadership skills
