About Our Client:

Page Personnel have just registered a new Permanent Customer Experience Advisor Position in York.


The role would be working for a reputable business going through significant growth and would be an extremely exciting time to join.

Ideally some customer service experience would be desirable within a office based environment however the company are open and will provide a comprehensive training


As a Customer Experience Advisor you will be forefront of the business ensuring the customer journey and experience is delivered to an excellent standard and service level agreements are adhered too.


You will be handling a variety of queries performing various tasks to ensure customers are getting the best from the services and delivering a high level of customer care.

The role will involve handling a busy inbox and communicating with customers over webchat and social media platforms.


The Successful Applicant:

Ideally previous Customer Service experience

Passionate about delivering an excellent customer journey

Driven and dedicated

Able to work in a fast paced environment

Enthusiastic and an excellent telephone manner

Good written skills
