Role:
Product Development Manager


Location:
Scotland, UK


Salary:
Up to £60,000


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Take the lead on SPF development throughout the business, working with formulation team to assist on innovation and creation of new SPF technologies.
  • Manage multiple projects from conception through to delivery, touching on all aspects in between, including production, testing & packaging.
  • Continue to improve, enhance and implement action plans for product development within the business, working closely with stakeholders to ensure development is in line with briefs, timescales and budgets.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to inform accurate marketing materials, including educational content, blog posts and social media.
  • Proven experience within Product Development within the beauty industry essential, with experience working with SPF highly desirable.
  • Good knowledge of cosmetic regulations, particularly in SPF regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills, as well as a highly analytic mind.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and communicate well between all involved parties.
