    Job Title:
    International Account Manager - Beauty, Cosmetic, and Personal CareLocation: Remote (with occasional travel)

    Salary:
    £50,000 - £60,000 basic salary + bonus + internal benefits

    Role Overview:

    As an International Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of their brand in both existing and new territories.

    Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and nurture relationships with key retailers and distributors worldwide.

    You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that maximize sales, increase brand visibility, and ensure customer satisfaction.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
    Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in international markets, including market analysis, competitor research, and product positioning.

    Build strong, long-term relationships with key retailers, distributors, and partners, serving as the primary point of contact for all business-related matters.

    Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives.

    Monitor market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
    Provide regular performance updates, sales forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
    Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
    Passion for the beauty and personal care industry, with a creative and innovative mindset.
