Account Manager - IT Services
Managing a Small Number of Accounts in the IT Consulting Arena
C£50,000 - £60,000 OTE £100K
London Hybrid (One day in the office per week)
Our client is a fast-growing cyber security consultancy redefining the way the industry thinks.
They employ some of the best and most experienced technical minds in the sector and have developed a reputation for innovative and creative thinking, enablingthem to develop cost-effective solutions to complex challenges.
As part of their continued expansion they now wish to hire an Account Manager.The Account Manager will:
- Manage a small number of accounts including at least one key account
- Develop strong working relationships with senior contacts within the nominated accounts leading to profitable work
- Be responsible for growing revenues from designated accounts
- Be responsible for account planning and strategic understanding of how each account is developing
- Be involved in new business development from warm leads (no coldcalling)
- Be an experienced account manager from the IT or software sector
- Have proven ability to achieve agreed sales targets
- Have the ability to identify and negotiate new opportunities within existing accounts
- Be used to networking relationships at many levels
- Ideally, but not essentially, have a knowledge of cyber security
- Be flexible, adaptable and highlymotivated
