c£38,000 + £4-6K OTE + Excellent Bens
Our client is an established software company with a unique proposition in the Environmental and Health and Safety arena.
They have household name clients in over eighty countries worldwide and the backing of a parent company with substantial resources.
As part of the continuing rapid growth of the UK and Ireland region, our client now wishes to hire a Telesales Executive who will play a pivotal role in their continual development.
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for:
- Converting enquiries coming into the business into appointments and leads for the sales team
- Handling initial enquiries and answering basic level technical questions (training will be given)
- Supporting marketing campaigns with outbound calling activity
- Following up on contacts and ensuring all enquiries are fully actioned
- Working with senior management and colleagues in other countries to ensure consistency across global regions
- A proven track record of lead generation and responding to enquiries (software knowledge is not required)
- Confident dealing with senior level customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well organised and selfmotivated
- Ideally experience of working with marketing automation tools
- Be a selfstarter who enjoys space to operate
