Inside Sales Executive - Home Based

Converting Inbound and Outbound Contacts into Appointments and Leads

Home-Based - Any UK Location

c£38,000 + £4-6K OTE + Excellent Bens
Our client is an established software company with a unique proposition in the Environmental and Health and Safety arena.

They have household name clients in over eighty countries worldwide and the backing of a parent company with substantial resources.

As part of the continuing rapid growth of the UK and Ireland region, our client now wishes to hire a Telesales Executive who will play a pivotal role in their continual development.


The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for:

  • Converting enquiries coming into the business into appointments and leads for the sales team
  • Handling initial enquiries and answering basic level technical questions (training will be given)
  • Supporting marketing campaigns with outbound calling activity
  • Following up on contacts and ensuring all enquiries are fully actioned
  • Working with senior management and colleagues in other countries to ensure consistency across global regions
  • A proven track record of lead generation and responding to enquiries (software knowledge is not required)
  • Confident dealing with senior level customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Well organised and selfmotivated
  • Ideally experience of working with marketing automation tools
  • Be a selfstarter who enjoys space to operate
This is a home-based role anywhere in the UK, with quarterly meetings in London.
