Application Support / IT Support Specialist

Providing IT/Application Support to International Customers

London with Extensive Homeworking

(One day per week in the office)

c£35,000 - £50,000 + Bonus + Stock + Bens


Our client is an established software company with a unique proposition in the GRC and enterprise risk management arena which they sell into over thirty countries worldwide.

They have won multiple awards for the innovation, speed of implementation and value-addthat their SaaS solutions bring to their clients.

Not surprisingly those clients include global enterprises and Government departments, taking advantage of the competitive edge that our client's products bring them.

As part of a step change in their growth,our client now wishes to hire an Application / IT Support Specialist.


The Application/IT Support Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support to clients online, over the phone and face to face
  • Helping customers from initial deployment through inlife enhancements and periodic upgrades and renewals
  • Working closely with technical partners to ensure a high quality and seamless service for the customer
  • Providing a feedback loop for customer issues to the development team so that the software is constantly improved for each new release
  • Working with sales teams and helping to prepare demos of the software
  • Helping with IT security and periodic technical audits
  • Ideally, but not essentially, a degree level of education
  • Experience of working in a customerfacing IT support role
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Windows Operating Systems
  • Ideally exposure to SQL, Azure, T-SQL or VBA programming languages
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple project streams
  • Drive, ambition and willingness to learn
