    Are you a proven Learning and Development professional looking for your next challenge? We currently have an opportunity for a Learning and Development Manager to join our team based in Exeter.

    Joining us on a full-time permanent basis, you will receive a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum plus excellent benefits.

    As our Learning and Development Manager you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive learning and development programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of our employees.

    You will have strong communication skills and will be collaborating closely with key stakeholders across various departments to identify training needs, develop effective learning strategies, and deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences.

    The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in instructional design, adult learning principles, and talent development, along with exceptional communication and project management skills.


    Training Needs Analysis:

    Conduct thorough assessments to identify organisational and individual learning needs, using various methods such as surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.

    Curate and develop engaging learning curricula, courses, and training materials tailored to meet identified learning objectives and organisational goals.

    Deliver high-quality training sessions, workshops, and learning activities using a variety of modalities, including instructor-led training, coaching, on-the-job training, e-learning, virtual classrooms, and blended learning approaches.


    Leadership Development:

    Collaborate with senior management to design and implement leadership development programs aimed at enhancing the capabilities of current and future leaders within the organisation.

    Career Development &

    Succession Planning:
    Adopts a holistic view of Talent Management, incorporating Career Development and Succession Planning, to deliver a comprehensive plan and associated learning interventions
    CIPD qualified or significant equivalent experience in Learning and Development
    Proven experience in learning and development, talent management or associated fields, with a focus on instructional design and training delivery
    Demonstrated Project Management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities within established timelines and budgets
