Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in driving sales and building strong relationships with our customers.

You will be responsible for understanding our product and services, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements

Duties:

Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person
Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Assist customers with product information and pricing
Up sell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products or services
