    We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join a new team within a not-for-profit professional membership body (50 staff) who work within the environmental space, focussing on circular economy, green skills and the industry's progress to Net zero.

    Our client is looking for an experienced marketing professional who will be responsible for managing the marketing budget for key projects.

    The culture is one of optimism and passion for the environmental cause, and therefore the successful candidate must have the right attitude to help with organisational transformation.

    Conversion optimisation, customer journey development, lead generation support, SEO & PPC, web development (UX/UI) and reporting (monthly stand-ups) are all key responsibilities for this vacancy.

    Alongside these, the role will be supporting wider teams with various membership conferences and events, qualification programmes, training and educational products and community grassroots networks.

    The role will be based out of a Green Hub in Westminster, an open office space with social enterprises in the green/sustainability sector, a wonderful environment to work with colleagues in the same team.

    Ideally, it would be beneficial to go in 2-3 days per week, depending on preferences.

    The role won't be without its challenges as the organisation seeks to become more innovative in their marketing approach with a strategic change of direction.

    You will use your problem solving abilities to help improve their systems (within budget), providing creativity whilst having a high level of accountability.
