- Oversee all drafting, review and negotiation of commercial contracts and agreements
- Supplier and customer agreements, general terms & conditions, NDAs etc
- Oversee contracts for customers in a range of countries
- Support a range of stakeholders including; Finance, Procurement, and Sales
- Manage relationships with external counsel when required
- Maintain and manage the internal legal database
- Ensure legal processes and adhered to and updated as necessary
- Strong experience of leading contract negotiations
- Experience of working with customers in other countries would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to work autonomously
