- Evaluating current remuneration policies
- Managing complex remuneration/regulatory projects
- Keeping up to date with UK/EU remuneration regulatory issues
- Key contact for Remuneration Committees, preparing papers, attending meetings, reviewing minutes
- Assisting with the implementation of the remuneration regulatory requirements and compliance with the UK/EU regulators
- Shaping and developing the reward structures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Hands-on experience of UK & European remuneration regulation within Financial Services
- Proven track record in managing and delivering on key projects
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Excel required
- Ability to build strong relationships as a trusted partner
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to your clients
