The role will be reporting directly into our Lead Director and collaborating with the wider marketing team, external agencies, and the teams on park.

Dealing with quick turn around requests but also carving out time to spend on bigger, longer lasting projects.

A broad skillset is desirable as we are looking to work across many channels for example, simple video editing skills for use across social and online advertising would be a real plus.

Areas of Responsibility

Help build our creative capacity, enhance, and improve our current activity and think ahead in order to take that to the next level.

Take an active interest in all our channels and help codify a look and feel.

Be able to work directly with all parts of the business, forming working relationships and dealing effectively with all requests big or small.

Help seek out the creative opportunities within those tasks - what can we amplify and what is a simple task.

  • Basic video editing would be a bonus
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Proactive approach and a 'selfstarter', able to work independently but with support
  • Strong team work ethic and willingness to 'pitch in' when needed

This is a London based role in We Work Victoria so we have access to all the We Work benefits.

We do work on a hybrid pattern with two optional days from home (Monday and Thursday) and three collaborative days in the office.

From time to time you will also be required to visit parks to assist on shoots and capture ad hoc content for our social channels.

As such a driving license would be a real plus.
