What you'll get up to?As Chef de Partie you will:

• Set up the kitchen and take care of the daily food preparation. Oversee a section of the kitchen.
• Assist the senior chefs to come up with incredible, seasonal dishes.
• Keep your work area clean and sanitary, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
