    Integration Project Manager/ 6 month contract / Day rate negotiable / Hybrid working

    Are you as excited about the intersection of technology and retail as we are? Here at Primark we have an exciting opportunity for an immediately available Integration Project Manager to join us on an initial 6 month contract, with hybrid working where you must be willing to travel to our Reading office 1 day per week.

    We are all about blending technology with the world of fashion, home goods, and more to craft memorable shopping experiences that bridge the gap between the digital and physical worlds.

    As the Integration Project Manager, you will manage the system integrations required between third party vendors and Primark relating to the new EPOS system.

    Managing the system integrations design, build, testing, UAT and successful sign off for a new EPOS software for the US.


    • Work with stakeholders to define and agree scope, feasibility, costs, project timeline to ensure the integrations are sequenced correctly.
    • Identifying and resolving project issues and managing risks.
    • Ensuring Primark Technology standards and policies are always adhered to.
    • Ensure that project deliverables are completed within planned cost, timeframes and resource budgets.
    • Managing and tracking progress against project timescales.
    • Effectively communicate project updates to US Programme manager and Key Business Contacts - o Delivery Project Manager
    o Project sponsors
    Contribute to project status meetings and updates with internal and external teams.


    • Develop project status reports in line with governance models.
    • 5 years plus experience in IT Software and integrations projects in large-scale retail environments.
    • EPOS Systems, payments processing & certification, sales transaction processing, user management and controls.
    • Knowledge of integration architecture concepts, techniques, and best practices including API management, microservices architecture, middleware (ESB), cloud-to-cloud integration, data mapping, orchestration, security and performance.
    • Familiarity with Azure, Oracle Retail, IBM IIB, MQ and Datapower is beneficial.
    • Excellent project management skills (experience of large-scale projects)
    • Excellent communication skills (writing and presentation)
