Basic Salary £23,795.20

Due to continuous growth, RRG Toyota Bradford have an exciting new opportunity and are seeking a Site Coordinator to join their team

Duties of the role include assisting in the effective and efficient running of the various Centre Departments. Tagging and recording the condition of new and used vehicles which are delivered. Ensuring that the compound area is kept under control and secure enabling the quick location of stored vehicles. Responsible for recording accurate condition reports for vehicles to be added onto auction websites and ensuring the successful bidder receives the relevant documentation in a timely manner. Checking mileage against online Auto Trader & RRG Group Website. To carry out any additional tasks deemed necessary to the position. Ensuring customer parking is available at all times. Starting used cars daily and ensuring all merchandise is up to date. Assisting in moving cars to and from the compound. Fuelling New and Used vehicles to and from petrol station in preparation for handovers. Assisting the Valet team in preparing/arranging the cars for online presentation (video / photography day) – identifying the cars and making the cars accessible. The role is very varied and will naturally evolve as new processes are required in order to fulfil our required standards however full training and assistance will be given to the successful candidate. No formal qualifications are required but an ability to work on your own using your own initiative will certainly help the successful candidate. Full details of the role will be explained during the interview process. Full time position working Monday to Friday 08.00AM – 17.00PM, with a half an hour lunch and 2 x 15 minute breaks.
