V&C Associates and excited to be partnering with a leading provider of display solutions to the retail sector who are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to be a key part of the business going forward. The candidate will be leading email and social media marketing, while also maintaining the sales database and carrying out research for the sales team. This is a small, growing, and fantastic business that has carved out an essential role in the retail industry, trusted by so many large retailers. As part of their growth plans, they're keen to bring in an in-house marketer who can raise standards with email and social media, while also helping the sales team improve their data for outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating mailshots
• Working on design (Canva / Photoshop skills a bonus)
• Aligning with agency on paid media & social media & learning through them
• Maintaining the sales database
• Carrying out market research for sales
• Creating lead magnets & running ads
• Creating new connections on social media channels
• Maintaining & updating the website content
