the payroll team for this business is at the center of their HR function - an integral part of the success of the organisation.

With a strong manager to support, you as the Assistant Payroll Manager will be responsible for coaching and overseeing the team of Administrators to ensure an accurate payroll that runs like clockwork
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including data entry, calculations, and distribution of payments.
Impart experience and knowledge to the junior members of the team, identifying learning and development opportunities.
Keep up to date on changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
