This dynamism and adaptability continues to foster success and resilience, as evidenced by this new mandate - for a lawyer to join their legal team based in their London City HQ - where the legal team has a hybrid working policy of 2 days inf the office and 3 days per week from home.
Draft, review and negotiate documentation such as commercial contracts, IT contracts, engagement letters and marketing agreements;Deal with IP related matters, litigation and financing;Investigate the regulatory framework to open new offices or offer services in new territories, and deal with any cross-border matters;Assist with ad hoc projects.
We are looking for candidates who:
Have a background from a top City law firm here in the UK or Commonwealth;Bring experience from a relevant in-house team (ideally within financial services);Have a corporate, commercial, financial regulatory or financial services focus in their current practice.
