- Hours are Monday to Friday – 7am – 3pm
- Have experience of working in a commercial kitchen including the preparation, cooking and serving of meals
- Have experience in cash handling, food/supplies ordering, stock control eg stock rotation and deliveries and kitchen cleaning.
- To be qualified, or have proven training to a minimum of Level 2 in Food Preparation / Service and similarly in Food Safety.
- Be entirely dependable and punctual, enabling the management/Catering Manager to be assured that the premises are kept up to a high standard of cleanliness.

The Person...
* As a Catering Assistant / Kitchen assistant have worked in a fresh produce organization previously for a min of 1yrs - either Restaurant, Hotel or contract catering * Ability to work in a team, and follow a tight spec menu * Be passionate about healthy food.
