Salary: G6 £25,878 - £30,151 per annum:
Full Time/ Permanent
As part of this role, you will be expected to support with school organisation matters and the planning and delivery of mainstream and special school places from Early Years, through Primary, Secondary and Post 16.
As well as a willingness to travel around the borough, you will support the Pupil Place Planning Manager with preparation of reports and data returns.
A customer service focus and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
The key skills we are looking for in an applicant:
- Technical skills
- an understanding and experience of data manipulation and analysis using appropriate tools such as MS Excel or similar software.
- Relationship building the role involves communication and interaction with a range of audiences including school staff, governors, members of the public and internal colleagues. Site visits to schools will be required.
- Communication skills able to communicate analysis, interpretation, and findings to a range of audiences, verbally, visually and in written form.
- Time and workload management workstreams can be varied, with competing deadlines, therefore effective time management is essential.
We are looking for someone with experience of data manipulation, strong relationship building and an ability to learn quickly to grow into the role.
