Centre Reception Volunteers build the relationships that help our older visitors feel comfortable and relaxed while we inform them of the activities we offer, help them book onto those that interest them, and assist with the practical, ongoing event support that can give a great customer experience.

This is a frontline customer facing role which would suit a confident, approachable person with good IT admin skills - including use of customised customer databases - and an interest in building relationships with our local community.
