    We are looking for an experienced Lead Technical Product Manager to join our technical platforms team and support us on an exhilarating journey shaping the future of our platform products.

    As the Lead Technical Product Manager your role will be to define a strategic roadmap that propels us to achieve a 10X scale and execute it with finesse. Collaborate closely with global teams to set clear objectives spanning short, medium, and long-term horizons.     Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive platform product strategy
  • Partner with global teams to establish and communicate prioritized objectives from small to large initiatives
  • Independently manage platform products & end-to-end execution of larger initiatives in a complex environment
  • Prioritize project types based on scalability, business value, customer impact, and regulatory compliance
  • Define and track key platform product metrics to inform decision-making
  • Collaborate with engineering to design and implement scalable platform architecture to support evolving business needs
  • Establish and oversee effective communication and alignment rituals with stakeholders
  • Drive technical innovation within the platform product
  • Mentor and guide junior product team members, fostering a culture of growth

  • Experience working with software products & platforms as a Product Manager or in a similar function.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and making decisions based on data
  • Ability to build strong relationships across distinct stakeholders
  • The ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and presentation
  • Knowledge of cloud-based data services and solutions, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities, with the ability to drive vision and inspire teams.
