This Finance Executive role in FinTech will see you working across many facets of the financial operations of this well-established business.

You will work in the Payments team but will also work very closely with the Account Management team.

Your role will be vital in servicing new and existing clients and your team's work will directly impact the client experience.

A lot of your work will be opening and funding accounts on behalf of clients.

You will communicate with our banking partners daily and be responsible for updating any of the products they offer us on our platform.

Job description - Finance Executive

In this Finance Executive job in Cambridge, you will be joining the Cambridge office of a FinTech company, which is making waves within the financial technology sector.

They have been growing rapidly since they opened their doors in 2015, and they have already built close ties with huge players within the financial services sector.

Due to continued success, they are now looking to add several talented graduates to their Cambridge office

Key responsibilities - Finance Executive

In this Finance Executive role in Cambridge, your responsibilities will include:_

Payment & Finance Processes

Open accounts with their partner banks
Check and approve highvalue transactions to fund the accounts opened
Transferring funds between bank accounts
Calculation of client fees
Performing daily reconciliation processes
Communicating with banking partners regarding account openings and payments

Product Maintenance

Communicating with the banking partners daily, being responsible for updating any of the products they offer on the platform
Creating new products on the platform when there are new offerings
Communicating with banking partners on bespoke rates and products for highvalue clients

System & Process Improvement

Make payment processes more efficient
Make processes easier for clients
Make the technology interface more userfriendly

Job requirements - Finance Executive

A 2:1 from university (Economics, Finance or related degrees are a plus)
Excellent relationshipbuilding and communication skills
A strong communicator, both written and over the phone
An analytical mindset
An interest in finance and technology
Wellpresented, confident and enthusiastic
