Job description - Graduate Graphic Designer

In this Graduate Graphic Designer role, you'll be joining an experienced creative team that enjoys standing out for the standard.

You will be embracing new ideas, and exploring how to form and amplify brands.

With expertise and industry insight, you will be assisting the accounts teams to best place and to help their clients achieve their specific marketing objectives.

Whatever the print requirements you will be helping provide an end-to-end service, on time and on budget.


This varied and challenging role calls for creativity, an interest in branding and design, and a commercially savvy nature - where you'll need to have excellent design skills, an interest in graphic design and branding, plus fantastic communication and team-based skills.


Key responsibilities - Graduate Graphic Designer

  • In this Graduate Graphic Designer job, your responsibilities will include:_
  • Working on creative client projects across a range of mediums including print and digital ads, social media, and infographic content, film and animation
  • Designing and artwork for print and digital. Brochures, on and off line ads, POS, branding, social posts, animations, visual concepts
  • Contributing creative ideas and strategic suggestions to the Account Management team
  • Studying, questioning, and adhering to briefs set by the Account Managers and clients
  • Working in a closeknit creative partnership with the Art Directors and the Creative Director to generate workable concepts that fit a brief
  • Attending client meetings and presenting work to clients when necessary
  • Working proactively across multiple projects and adhering to deadlines

Job requirements - Graduate Graphic Designer

  • A 2.1 degree in Graphic Design from university
  • Proficient in Adobe creative suite such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After FX (not essential), Office
  • Commercial graphic design experience
  • A knack for research you'll continue looking past page one on Google
  • A creative streak you can think outside the box and bring great ideas to the table
  • High attention to detail
  • Commercial awareness
