Key Responsibilities
- Collecting and processing high volume of production data. Entering data onto Excel spreadsheets in a timely, and efficient manner
- Challenging the information supplied by Area/Team Leaders
- Analysis of data to ensure the information collected is accurate before entering on Excel
- General administration tasks which may include, photocopying, scanning, filing
Skills and Experience
- Ideally experience of a similar role gained within a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Excellent IT skills, in particular Excel, however, Word, Power Point are required
- Strong administrative skills
Personal Specification
- Attention to detail high level of numeracy
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Confident in dealing with all levels of person
- Ability to communicate in an effective manner (both verbal and written skills)
- Ability to manage own workload in a timely, and efficient manner
- Positive work ethic
- Excellent timekeeping
