  • Masters written and oral communication skills – Minto/Pyramid principle, storyboarding, professional writing, presentation basics. Under guidance, makes convincing presentations and puts forward own ideas.
  • Masters basic analytical skills – process mapping, pareto analysis, cause and effect analysis (fishbone diagrams), spider diagrams, etc.
  • Masters basic client relationship skills. Uses effective questions and builds rapport. Actively listens to and responds to counterpart's needs.
