    Description

    Major Recruitment are searching for a Work Planner / Scheduler to join an amazing and quickly expanding company in Watford, if you've got top-notch customer service skills and want to put them to work, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

    • Provide unwavering support and maintain strong connections with the client base and various departments consistently
    • Ensure customers are contacted via email post engineer visits 'same day' to confirm satisfaction with completed works
    • Log, book, and close any department requests for engineer attendance
    • Schedule and coordinate engineers accurately using the company CRM system for customer premises visits
    • Handle Return Calls promptly and effectively within a maximum of 48 hours
    • Generate invoices for chargeable calls as necessary
    • Uphold procedures at all times
    • Offer administrative assistance for all departments as needed
    • Participate in internal, external meetings, and training sessions as requested by Manager
    • Ensure timely and efficient handling of all customer requests
    • Answer incoming calls alongside designated colleagues
    • Produce quotes promptly as required
    • Ensure all quotations/pricing for customers are reviewed and approved by manager before sending out
    • Perform any other relevant duties outlined by Manager

    Key Skills Required of a Work Planner / Scheduler:

    • Ability to work independently without supervision
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Good numeracy skills
    • Commercial awareness
    • Flexible, dynamic, adaptable with a can-do attitude
    • Familiarity with CRM Systems
    • Ability to meet deadlines, including working beyond designated hours as necessary
    • Flexible working hours when needed

    Person Specification - Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience of a Work Planner / Scheduler:
    The ability to work proactively and confidently, with a passion for customer service and sales-related tasks
    Experience in administrative work with the ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
    Strong organizational skills
    Attentive to detail
    Ability to accurately follow verbal or written instructions
    Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and outside agencies at all levels
    Proficient numerical abilities
    Strong keyboard and computer skills, including MS Office applications (especially Excel and Word)
    Team player
    Driver's License
    Experience in a sales environment
    Flexible Working Hours

    • £24,000 - £28,000 salary range based on experience
