    Job Title: Talent Acquisition Officer

    Reporting into: Head of Talent and Resource Management

    Location: Manchester

    Package: Up to £27k based upon previous experience + quarterly bonus

    Other Information: This role is hybrid with 1-2 days working from the Manchester City Centre office

    The successful applicant will join an established Talent team of 9 and will be responsible for supporting our internal stakeholders with finding the best emerging talent on the market in the transformation and digital space.

    Responsibilities

    • Developing a strong understanding of Grayce's offering and development programmes alongside the end-to-end recruitment cycle allows you to provide knowledge to internal and external stakeholders, whilst ensuring consistent quality of deliverables
    • Managing the careers calendar, scheduling interviews, responding to ad-hoc queries, incoming phone calls and emails is all in a day's work.
    • Impacting the candidate journey from initial screening, consistent communication, conducting first stage interviews and through to potential offer stage.
    • Building pipelines for current and future demand by working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to understand potential future business needs and address current holes in the talent pool.
    • Liaising with client partners to understand specific technical requirements. Feeding back on strengths and gaps and implementing solutions to ensure the right candidates are put forward.

    Skills And Competencies

    Recruitment Experience:
    We would love to hear from candidates with some recruitment experience. Whether you have picked this up in an internal, agency or HR role we are looking for examples of how you have worked to deliverables and impacted a candidate journey.

    Stakeholder Management: At Grayce, the talent team engages with internal stakeholders at all levels of the business and so having a strong background in managing those relationships, setting deadlines and working towards a goal is crucial.

    Proactivity: Talent Acquisition is a fast-paced role, by working with a proactive mindset, we can forecast and spot potential difficulties at early stages and implement strategies to address these before they become an issue.

    Relationship Building: Being exceptional at establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with candidates through their application process is a basic we pride ourselves on. The right person will have a people-centric attitude and will be focused on quality.

    Task Prioritisation: Juggling conflicted deadlines and tasks is a day-to-day occurrence in this role. Being goal focused and comfortable working towards tight deadlines and prioritising tasks needs to be a real strength.
