Description

Title:
Sales & Website Administrator


Location:
Washington Tyne & Wear


You will be a key contributor to our sales success, using your skills to meet and exceed our sales goals.

You will monitor website traffic, analyse sales data, and identify opportunities for growth. Working with our team, you will develop and implement promotions to drive sales and build brand awareness.

You will also maintain strong relationships with our suppliers, ensuring we have the latest products and best deals available to our customers.


In addition to your sales responsibilities, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating our online store, ensuring all product information is accurate and up-to-date.

You will also manage and update the website's content, including images, descriptions, and pricing, as well as write and publish engaging content for our blog, with a focus on SEO.


To be successful in this role, you must have excellent sales, communication and problem-solving skills, be familiar with the Shopify platform, and have strong design skills, including proficiency in Adobe and Photoshop.

Familiarity with content management systems and product management tools is preferred, as well as experience with blog writing and SEO.


Requirements:


  • Providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in selecting the correct products
  • Discussing with customers better options and advice
  • Meeting and exceeding sales goals by monitoring website traffic, analysing sales data, and making recommendations for improvement
  • Maintaining our online store by updating product information, including setting up second hand drum equipment, and ensuring accuracy and relevance of website content, such as images, descriptions, and pricing
  • Writing and publishing engaging content for our blog with a focus on SEO
  • Collaborating with our team to create and implement promotions
  • Liaising with our suppliers to ensure we have the latest products and best deals
  • Proficiency in the Shopify platform, Adobe, and Photoshop for designing and updating the website
  • Excellent excel skills
  • Familiarity with content management systems and product management tools preferred
  • Providing facetoface sales on the shop floor

Salary:
From £11.00 per hour

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
