Ignis Partners is thrilled to collaborate with a highly respected and successful retail interior fit-out company based in Bahrain, presenting an exciting opportunity for a Setting Out Manager in the dynamic Middle East market.

As the Setting Out Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Setting Out team, ensuring the seamless progression of the project manufacturing process, and maintaining client satisfaction through impeccable quality and cost performance.

Leading a team of 10-20 individuals, your responsibilities encompass effective project management, meticulous review of project details, and the guidance of the Setting Out team.

As a hands-on Setting Out Manager, your role extends to ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of material submissions, procurement, shop drawings, and manufacturing processes for timely delivery.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in all facets of joinery setting out, from site surveys and manufacturing shop drawings to material take-offs and ordering.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, coupled with a sound knowledge of manufacturing procedures and common joinery materials, is essential.
