Following work instructions and meeting company standards.

How You'll Make an Impact · You will contribute to the production team with your skill, experience, and knowledge of Plasma, TIG & MIG Welding techniques to a high standard.

Operates the Welding Plant in a safe manner, to produce Turbine Blades and Vanes to meet quality and production requirements.

· Understanding engineering drawings and Welding layouts.

· Examines the quality of production output using Welding Inspection Techniques to verify the product is acceptable to move onto the next part of the production process.

· Maintains and updates digital production applications. · Regularly inspects Welding equipment and tooling for mechanical and safety issues. · Works a flexible schedule to keep up with production demand during busy production periods. What You Bring · Must have a Welding Inspection CSWIP 3.0 with development to 3.1.. · Must have Plasma, TIG & MIG Welding experience. · Safety mindset, detail-orientated, problem-solving skills, mechanical talent. · Close attention to detail. · Strong problem-solving skills. · Strong communication skills and the ability to work well independently and in a team environment. · A proactive outlook to work and continuous improvement.
