    This will be working on our new highways project, and flexibility is expected in locations around the South / East of the country.

    Management of Subcontractors - certification of payment and change

    • Management of allocated control accounts with site team including value draw and out-turn forecast / spend profiling
    • Keeping cost records and agreement of costs with National Highway Site Representatives
    • Utilisation of site commercial and document Systems (Oracle, CEMAR, Projectwise, Forecasting Tool)
    • Providing and presenting contract, cost and forecasting data to the site team
    NEC Contract Knowledge

    • Previous experience of managing subcontractors and preliminaries
    • Knowledge of commercial digital systems
