Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the event planning team to plan and execute successful events.
  • Coordinate with vendors, to ensure timely delivery of supplies and services for events.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, transportation, catering, and equipment rental.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including speakers and partners to ensure smooth execution of events.
  • Ensure all necessary permits, licenses, and insurance requirements are met.
  • Manage event budget and expenses, tracking and reconciling invoices and expenses.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all event marketing materials are accurate and uptodate.
  • Develop postevent reports to evaluate event success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in event planning and coordination.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, as needed.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure event success.

Compensation package

Base £25,000 - £28,000 + Performance related bonus

We are a remote-first organization meeting up in person (our London offices) every 2 weeks.
