The interim Finance Manager's key responsibilities will include:

Preparing the monthly management accounts with supporting commentaries and analysis.
Supporting financial and nonfinancial stakeholders; monitoring budgets, forecasts and assisting with financial planning.
Accounting for the organisation's rents and service charges.
Assisting the human resources team at month end to calculate and process the organisations payroll.
Recent experience working in a similar role, ideally within a social housing provider or a wider notfor profit organisation.
Intermediate Excel skills and a high level of IT literacy, including ERP systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
