The interim Finance Manager's key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing the monthly management accounts with supporting commentaries and analysis.
- Supporting financial and nonfinancial stakeholders; monitoring budgets, forecasts and assisting with financial planning.
- Accounting for the organisation's rents and service charges.
- Assisting the human resources team at month end to calculate and process the organisations payroll.
- Recent experience working in a similar role, ideally within a social housing provider or a wider notfor profit organisation.
- Intermediate Excel skills and a high level of IT literacy, including ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
