A new opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Assistant Building Surveyor to join an industry leading multi-disciplined consultancy in Manchester.
The Assistant Building Surveyor role
The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will gain wide industry exposure, working on both projects and professional services in order to successfully work towards APC completion with full support throughout.
The Assistant Building Surveyors' day to day will include working on building surveys, reinstatement cost assessments, structural surveys, insurance valuations and defect analysis across a wide variety of sectors including industrial, education, healthcare,hospitality, office and residential.
The Assistant Building Surveyor
- A RICS Accredited Building Surveying Degree
- Eager to progress APC
- 12+ months Building Surveying experience
- Full UK Driving License
