    Safety / Criticality Engineer – Nuclear

    NRL are currently representing a major name in the nuclear industry who are looking to grow and develop their Safety/Criticality Team. The team has a role available for an Engineer to join the team.

    Based in Cheshire this role will be joining a strong team of professionals tasked with the responsibility of delivering, assessing and creating safety case's and criticality assessments across the fleet.

    About the role/Role Expectations

    • You will already have a good knowledge of Safety Case/Criticality Assessments in the nuclear industry and will be able take responsibility, but also be open to development.
    • You will be able to take on Criticality Assessments and manage them.
    • You will be expected to support the delivery and adoption of Safety Cases across the frameworks.

    What you need to know

    • You will need to have a degree or completed a relevant qualification and have some experience in the nuclear industry.
    • This role is a hybrid role – 3 days in the office in Cheshire and 2 from home – this is flexible depending on business need.
    • The salary is dependent on experience, and we are able to review requests.
