We are excited to support the growth of a newly established, multi-office Building Consultancy by welcoming a 'second in command' for the London office's Director. The firm is led by highly experienced and well-regarded Directors with a strong and enduring client base.
The Directors previously collaborated in a prominent private practice, making this a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant consultancy that already operates smoothly and collaboratively.
As part of the expansion plans, the London team is set to grow to 6/7 Building Surveyors within the next few years. During this growth phase, the firm offers a high level of flexibility, enabling employees to work remotely 1 or 2 days per week in London or on-site.
The role:
Working with clients mainly from commercial, life science, and high-end residential sectors, the role involves a mix of professional and project management tasks. Key responsibilities include:
About you:
The ideal candidate should be a qualified member of the RICS with substantial commercial Building Surveying experience. A self-driven and ambitious individual is essential to thrive in the work-from-home environment.
