Receptionist - IMMEDIATE START

Location:
Cheltenham

Salary:
£9.50-£10.50 ph

Job type:
Full-Time 8am-5pm, Temporary


Are you an experienced receptionist, with excellent organisation, verbal and written skills looking to join a busy, dynamic environment on temporary basis.


  • Receiving calls with a timely professional manner, transferring to the appropriate person.
  • Greeting all visitors warmly and professionally, responding to queries and signposting where necessary.
  • Issue key cards
  • Providing short term cover forother administration staff and manage ad hoc admin duties.

THE PERSON:


  • Good customer service skills
  • Good level of numeracy/ literacy and typing skills
  • A flexible, positive approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Great attention to detail and a problemsolving attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
