- My client is_ looking for a highly competent and motivated Internal Recruiter to join their growing team._
_The Role:
_
- _Establish a detailed understanding of the headcount establishment via the HR & Operational team _
- _Ensure the most cost effective and efficient utilisation of the recruitment budget and demonstrate year on year ROI_
- _Support the on-boarding process, including eligibility to work, contract requests, induction planning and delivery_
- where applicable and ensure GDPR compliance _
- _Review, prepare and maintain recruitment relating communications to support consistency and employer brand_
- _Support Agency Controller to liaise with the specified temporary agency labour provider and manage the transfer of temporary staff to permanent contracts within our 12-week model _
- _Conduct initial agency labour audits to meet customer and legislative requirements and ensure any non-conformances issues are closed out_
- _Organise and attend local recruitment fairs to promote opportunities_
- _Build talent pools for frequent vacancies to develop internal succession and talent development_
- _Ensure all processes are maintained and followed with our ATS, and to keep up to date with all system updates _
- _Make recommendations to the Resourcing Manager on the use of new recruitment and selection strategies_
- _Coordinate and deliver apprentice/degree apprentice assessment centres and Lead on salaried recruitment as required _
- _Previous experience in high volume recruitment or working within an agency_
- _Confident communication and negotiation skills_
- _Strong time management skills_
- _Able to form strong working relationships with key stakeholders _
- _Motivated and driven_
- _Intermediate skills in Microsoft packages word/excel/PowerPoint _
- _Flexible approach to working hours to support a 24/7 working environment _
