    Description
    Systems Accountant£200 - £275 per day inside IR35 (maternity cover)London (hybrid, 3 days a week in the office)£50,000 to £60,000 per annumSystemsAccountants are currently working on behalf of our client to source a Systems/Management Accountant to join their Finance team and assist with the support of their SAP ByDesign ERP on an interim basis, starting from next month

    Role Responsibilities:


    Manage the SAP ByDesign ERP system, maintaining the integrity of the systemRun weekly sales reporting and other ad hoc report creationPerform monthly closing based on local reporting standards.

    Manage intercompany relations, reconciliations and run banking and balance sheet reconciliationsAudit Preparation and Internal controls.
    Supervision of Accruals/prepayments, Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivableImprove and change internal and financial controls and processes.

    Assisting with the monthly Management Accounts preparation and presentation, including AP/AR reporting, expenditure analysis and investigation, FX reconciliations and reporting.

    Developments of new reports using Excel, Power BI and SAPDelivering training in elements of SAP Business ByDesignAnswering queries related to SAPRole Requirements:

    Accountancy qualification (full or part qualified) including ACCA, ACA, AAT or CIMAProven experience in a similar role as a Systems or Management Accountant in a small finance teamStrong knowledge of functional accounting with solid experience in month end dutiesExperience working with SAP Business ByDesignDouble entry bookkeeping skillsSkills in MS Excel (including pivot tables and V-Lookup)Strong administration and communication skillsKnowledge of local statutory compliance preferredIdeally 10+ years of work experienceSystemsAccountants is a leading global Finance Systems, Analytics and Transformation recruitment company.
